Dromaeosaurid dinosaur

This specimen was found during the third excavation at
Kitadani quarry in the summer of 2007. After two years of preparation, 65% of the entire skeleton was recovered including cranial materials. The forelimb is relatively long, reaching about 78% of the length of the hindlimb. Caudals have features of dromaeosaurids, but teeth do not possess serrations that characterize this porticular theropod dinosaur. The specimen is currently under study and it is probably a new species of feathered dinosaurs.
