Pachycephalosauria

Pachycephalosaurs have thick skull roof: domed (Pachycephalosauridae) and flat (Homalocephale) skull roof. The thickened skull possibly functioned as a battering ram for intraspecific competition. They were distributed in Europe, North America, and Asia in the Cretaceous.
