Tyrannosaurus rex Saurischia Theropoda

Skeleton of Tyrannosaurus
Tyrannosaurus is the largest carnivorous dinosaur. The dinosaur has a robust skull with large teeth, and is considered to have a strong bite force. The forelimbs have only two digits and are extremely small compared to the strong hind limbs. Sexual differences in this dinosaur are known in that females are more robust and lack a chevron at the base of the first tail vertebra. It has been argued that the dinosaur was a scavenger instead of an active predator.
